2.1 - ER:LC Integration

We've collaborated with PRC to bring you a variety of integrations for your private roleplay server. After purchasing the ER:LC API Private Server Pack, you can follow this guide to setup the integration using the API key in your private server settings.
The ER:LC API Package costs R$600 per server but introduces a whole lot of possibilities.
New Commands
A new update means a whole bunch of new commands. These commands allow you to communicate with your ER:LC private server.
/erlc info
- View information about the connected server.
/erlc command
- Run a command in your private server.
/erlc players
- View the currently in-game players.
/erlc logs
- View recently run commands.
/erlc kills
- View the recent kill logs.
/erlc joins
- View your server's join logs.
/erlc modcalls
- View the recent mod calls.
/erlc checkban
- Check if a player is banned from your server.
New Permissions
Due to the API having a huge amount of power within your server, we have introduced new permissions to help keep your server safe which you can learn more information about here.
ER:LC Moderator - Can run moderator commands with /erlc command
.
ER:LC Administrator - Can run admin commands with /erlc command
.
ER:LC Co-Owner - Can run any command with /erlc command
.
And we are not done here, we are looking to introduce loads of new features in future updates.
2.0 - Dashboard

The developers have been working hard to create one of the most requested features for Trident, an online dashboard. This dashboard has allowed for more customizability and has replaced the /reminders
and /activity auto
commands.
Customisable Permission Roles
You can now add specific permissions to roles instead of just staff
, admin
or management
. This allows you to customise your permission to a much greater extent than before. A full list of permission can be found in the configuration section.
Upcoming updates & suggestions
Over the upcoming weeks we will be releasing features mostly related to the PRC API which has recently released.
We are openly accepting suggestions, if you have any for the bot or website we would love to hear them.
1.13 - Points
Announcement Link (Support Server)
This update brings more than just Roblox into Trident. We are now introducing a much wanted feature by many - moderation points. This allows you to easily track the standing point of your server members and automatically bans those are constantly breaking the rules!
Points
This module has been especially designed for Circle but may be used with other applications. You can set it to automatically ban users at a maximum point value.
This feature only works with text commands such as !ban
and not with slash commands.
Commands
/points view
- View a user's current points value./points edit
- Edit a user's points value. They must be in your server./points history
- View the recent changes to a user's points./mypoints
- View your own points value.

Bug Fixes
We have been working hard to improve Trident's infrastructure and while doing so, have fixed some of the major bugs that some people have been experiencing.
1.12 - Ban Requests & Shift Types

This update bring a wide range of new features (and an old one) into Trident to improve your experience. We have payed attention to you suggestions and have implemented our favourites here.
Ban Requests
Ban requests (also known as ban BOLOs) allow staff members to easily mark players to be banned by admins in the future.
This also means that we have introduced a new configurable role, the 'Admin'. They have the permissions to Revoke or Accept ban requests which will automatically be logged in your Ban Requests
channel and Moderation Logs
channel.

/banrequest create
- Allows staff to create or revise a ban request./banrequest lookup
- Allows staff to search ban requests./banrequest revoke
- Allows admins to remove specific ban requests./banrequest list
- Allows admins to view all of the currently active ban requests.
Shift Types
The Shift Types module allows for users to have separate profiles in the same server for different shift types.
All shift related commands now have a shift-type
option where you can select the shift type you would like to interact with.
You are able to restrict Shift Types to specific roles so that only the set roles can use it.
In-Game Logging
The in-game logging system is now back! You can now log kicks and bans without leaving the comfort of your game.
Due to ER:LC's way of logging commands, we only support a reason with kicks, however both bans and kicks are still logged regardless.
To log moderations from in-game, your must first run the /roblox-link
command to connect your Roblox account via Bloxlink.
QoL Improvements & Bug Fixes
The
/moderations
command now supports brand new filters to narrow your search.Nearly every button in the bot now has an icon to improve aesthetics.
The entire Shifts module has been re-written to improve performance.
Some major & minor bug fixes have been applied.
1.11 - Activity Tracking

This update brings a new way to monitor activity within your staff team; with the introduction of 2 new commands, you can now view reports on shift time, moderations and more in one place.
Activity Tracking
The new activity tracking module allows for your management team to view the shift time of staff members over a specified period of time and whether they have hit your quota.

- View an embed as described above./activity auto
- Automatically send the described embed at chosen intervals.
Starting Shifts From In-Game • Depreciated
You can now start your shifts while in-game using the :logs command.
Just run :logs shift start
, :logs shift break
, :logs shift end
to start, break, or end your shift respectively.
1.10 - In-Game Logging • Depreciated

You can now log your moderations while in-game without running a command in Discord! Trident now utilises the ER:LC webhook logging system to log general moderations.
In-Game Logging
To create a moderation while in-game, run the :logs (username) (punishment) for (reason)
command.
For this module to work, run the /roblox-link
command in your Discord server. Learn More.
Moderation Improvements
All moderation related commands now support the user of user ids as well as usernames.
We have changed moderation IDs to snowflakes (E.G.
414704300199936
) instead of random (E.G.9SIL7BM2TU
).You can now use Discord's 'apps' feature to edit and delete moderations.
1.9 - Reminders & Utility Commands

This update brings reminders into Trident, you can now send embeds at specified intervals with your message of choice.

We have introduces new commands which provide information about users on Discord and Roblox.
